What do I get with my package?
This depends on the package that you select above. Each package comes with 1 year of TrendMicro Worry-Free Security, our custom health client, forum suport, and Remote IT Support at a discounted rate.
What happens after I subscribe?
One of our techs will be in touch to learn more about your needs, install the software, and help you with any questions you may have.
What happens when my plan expires?
If you do not renew your plan your software will expire and be automatically removed from your device. You can still request support, but it will be at our regular business rate.
Is there a free trial available?
No sorry we do not have a free trial available.
Can I upgrade my subscription later?
Absolutely. Within your account you will have the option to upgrade your subscription at anytime.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
You can cancel your subscription at anytime, however you can only recieve money back during the first 14 days.
Do you offer a refund?
We have a no questions asked 14 day refund policy. If you are not satisfied within the first 14 days you can request a refund.
How does remote support work?

Simply reach out to our technicians via your private help desk link. You will then pre-purchase hours for support which can be used at any time. Technicians can then provide remote support through our system health client.
